个人简介
闫晓侠，女，副教授，工学博士，硕士生指导教师。吉林省E类人才。研究方向为农产品精深加工，主要致力于淀粉等天然高分子提质增效及应用方面的研究，包括：（1）抗性淀粉的开发及应用，探究淀粉营养消化及与组分之间的互作关系；（2）低GI杂粮杂豆基功能食品配料的创制；（3）天然高分子基保鲜材料及表面的制备。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、吉林省科技厅青年成长科技项目、吉林省教育厅科学技术项目等科研项目。以第一作者和通讯作者在Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Industrial Crops & Products等高水平期刊发表SCI论文20余篇，参编教材1部。
指导色情论坛 “大学生创新创业训练计划”项目8项（国家级、省级及校级优秀结题各1项）。指导学生获全国大学生生命科学竞赛（创新创业类）国家级二等奖1项、国家级三等奖2项、省级一等奖1项、省级二等奖2项、省级三等奖2项；获全国大学生生命科学竞赛（科学探究类）省级一等奖、二等奖和三等奖各1项。
