个人简介
徐梦蕾，超分子结构与材料全国重点实验室博士后，2023年吉林省人才政策3.0版省域拔尖人才（D类），2023年度吉林省高校优秀青年科研创新人才储备库优秀科技创新人才。
现主要从事食品营养与安全教学与研究工作，专注于植物源食品原料（如大豆、人参、玉米等）功能性研究。主要成果（1）理论创新：构建染料木素/γ-环糊精包合物纳米递送体系，阐明染料木素、人参皂苷等通过直接作用GPx4与间接激活Nrf2/GPx4通路的双途径抗氧化机制，首次发现其作为酶非特异性底物参与细胞内ROS清除的新功能，为生物活性物质的作用机制研究提供新的理论视角。（2）技术突破：构建以表面增强拉曼（SERS）技术为核心的多模态分析体系，建立生物活性物质-大分子表面化学互作历程监测方法，提出“同位素标记—SERS联合”快检技术，实现超灵敏检测，为生物活性作用机制研究与食品安全检测提供创新性技术支撑。（3）推广应用：集成“密度泛函模拟-探针标记前处理-SERS分析”痕量物质联合快检技术，实现食品/医疗用水中痕量物质高效富集、分离和超灵敏检测。
《痕量物质高效富集、分离和超灵敏检测》获2023年度吉林省科学技术自然科学奖三等奖（第五完成人）。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI检索论文28篇，ESI高被引论文1篇；授权并转化发明专利1项；主持国家级、省部级等科研项目8项，参加国家自然科学基金面上项目/国际（地区）合作与交流项目5项；参编英文专著2部。
